Revert "Try Wayland before X11"

This reverts commit 04d6d622d52d544728563a83e76070748af9e6f4.

clutter and clutter-gtk are not quite ready to deal with this
change, so lets keep the order unchanged for 3.10 and revisit
next cycle.
